Are you a lifter who has struggled to increase your deadlifts? Or maye someone who has a hard time getting into a comfortable position? Do you deal with back pain often when deadlifting?
During this foundation clinic, we will be addressing common errors that may be contributing to these issues. Everything from proper set up to pulling the slack out of the bar to properly loading your hamstrings and driving through the floor. Each piece plays and ample role in how the weight moves off the floor and when you are missing a piece of the puzzle, deadlifting as a whole can become frustrating or uncomfortable. Let us help you optimize your deadlift by addressing these errors and helping you work to correct the ones specific to you.
