About the Event

Join us Saturday, August 21st at 12:15 pm as BTB and Volition Performance join forces to help you find your squat stance and improve your squat technique.   Have you ever been told that your feet should be shoulder width apart when you squat? If so, how did that work for you? 

For some, it probably works out just fine. For others, no so much. When determining a lifters squat stance, there is no tiny little box that they fit into. Squat stance is dependent on hip structure (something you can't change) and hip/ankle mobility (something you can improve). You may be spending time working on something that isn't providing the most ROI. Instead, adjusting your squat stance just might be the answer. Join us to find out what can help you obtain a stronger, better feeling squat! 

  Dr. Vik Somal and Coach Morgan will be spending this clinic to help lifters find their squat stance. We will identify limitations, show you how to make improvements, and make adjustments to your current stance (if needed).   Open to the community, lifters of all ages!! See you there! :-)
