Youth Foundation Clinic | Squat Technique | Saturday, March 20th @ 12:15 pm | Ages 7-14 years
We are excited to host our 2nd Youth Foundation clinic for our current youth athletes & others in the community who may be interested in learning barbell technique. During this clinic, we will be going over Squat technique to include both the Back Squat & Front Squat. Never used a barbell before? Don't worry, we will be using variations to teach our participants how to squat prior to getting under the barbell or PVC pipe based on readiness.
