Many times athletes get caugth up on all the supplements that they can take to improve their performance. Unfortuantely, what they miss out on is getting a bigger bank for the buck when focusing on post training recovery tools, sleep, and nutrition which will better prepare them for their next training session. This month's foundation clinic will go over recovery techniques to allow your body to heal in preparation for your next training session. Taking time to recover will aid you in attaining new goals and PR's. We will be discussing various approaches to post training recovery in addition to touching base on nutrition and sleep.
