About the Event

How do you set up your squat? Are you focused on how tight your shoulders are? How engaged your glutes are? The position of your spine? Or even the placement of your feet under the bar before you unrack?  In this month's Foundation Clinic, we will walk you through how to build your very own check list to help you clean up your set up and develop a better foundation for you squat. This is the anchor point to a stronger, more intentional squat. More often than not, I see lifters rush into their lifts. Unfortunately what ends up happening is a rushed set up which leads to a sloppy lift. Join us on Wednesday, July 29th, to learn how to slow things down, be more intentional, and crush your squats!
