Have you ever plateaued your Squat, but can't seem to figure out what's missing? In addition to addressing current volume and frequency, it may be time to look a bit deeper into the weakpoints in your lift.
In this month's foundation clinic we are going to break down the squat and help you determine whats lacking when its time to hit your heavier sets. Most of the time, you can work through lighter work without noticing any specific imbalances or weakpoints. However, when it's time to hit the heavier sets, limitations become more visible. Is it a lack of quad strength, lack of glute strength, or maybe overall technique thats limiting you. It could be many things. Our goal is to help you assess vs. guess, aiding you in breaking through plateus.
