What to expect:
  • Programs are individualized and based on the athlete's readiness, goals, and needs for both sport and day to day activities. 
  • Athletes will develop a foundation that allows them to participate in barbell based training. 
  • Athletes will participate in programming that is both performance focused and confidence/leadership focused. 
  • Athletes will work together to encourage hard work, drive, and success. 
  • Athletes will participate as a team while having fun and becoming self sufficient in the weight room! 
  • Athletes will have the opportunity to get involved in the sport of Powerlifting if and when interested. 
  • All athletes are expected to show up 15 minutes early to warm up and prepare for their session.

  • Monday - Friday | 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm. Saturday | 11:00 am
  • Ages | 7-14
